    ordering was fine, but delivery arrangements abysmal. I work full time, so wasn t in when parceline delivered the goods. They left a note saying they could redeliver any working day between 8.30am-5pm but could not specify a time.     Easy to order but not so easy to obtain the goods, it was not until I ordered my printer that I found out through the tracking system that I would not get it for 3 weeks, the website had mentioned days.     Got one quote when ordering. My confirmation e-mail gave me a different amount to be charged. Called customer services and got quoted a third different (but correct) amount charged to my card.

    Was told it would be dispatched on day x. On day x+2 checked on-line and date had been moved to x+10.

    I ordered a router box from you and a week later no one told me this item was unavailable, after i had to chase it up! i asked for a replacement unit and all i was told was to go to the web and reorder from the customer services department.
