    The aftersales service of the Norwich

    The aftersales service of the Norwich store is non existent. Also business customers beware; try and obtain a refund on an ordered product which you no longer require and indeed have not even received, you will be charged 15% of the product value.

    I ordered a new model tv from them and they kindly despatched an inferior older model but allowed me to overpay by £500 because they are so thoughtful. They tried to argue that the specification was the same - ha ha. They have agreed to refund me, but it will take at least 10 working days to refund a credit card payment that they took immediately.
