    The delivery company PC World Business uses (Parceline) was terrible and never left calling cards for re-delivery so the item was sent back to the PC World. I then had to re-order the item, and the same thing happened again! On the 3rd order attempt, I opted for pre-10am delivery, stayed in waiting for it...but no show again!     After ordering and payment being made

    After ordering and payment being made goods were dispathced on arrival the goods were wrong. On contatcting customer services the service was very poor and told to return goods and credit would be made to lack of stock.

    Although web site shows stock availability in 0-2 days!!!!

    Ordered Sony laptop on Monday - Arrived next day. But unfortunately the laptop had an intermittent fault (crash after 2hrs of being switched on). I contacted PCW-Business a few times and within a week they replaced the laptop. Note: We had some discussion regarding whether they would try and repair it, rather than replace it (which I wanted).
