Recommendation (with reservations) given the good ratings achieved on ordering, delivery and stock availablility. Pricing was also very competitive. The reservations result from the fact that I was charged twice on my credit card in error. Trying to make a correction to the delivery address once the order had been accepted was proving so difficult that I ended up canceling the order and going to Misco instead. The support on the telephone for web orders was awful. Read Full Review »

This would be an excellent site to shop with, but you can t really afford to phone them. Charging almost 8p per minute to speak with them is outrageous. Especially when you are needing to discuss mistakes made at their end, or make a pre-sales enquiry. It s like a high street store charging customers just to walk in through the door! I have used PC World Business online on a number of occasions and have experienced no problems with delivery or purchases.
The main part of the order to which this request refers was despatched on the next working day and received on the following day in perfect condition. The supplementary items (ink-jet cartridges) were received separately the following day. Read Full Review »
