I find the print so pale and fine it is

I find the print so pale and fine it is tiring my eyes to use this screen, whenever I am unable to bold or darken the wording myself e.g. when it comes from another source such as this enquiry. It would not have been like this using my old monitor. I have already increased the font size.
I would be grateful for advice but have not understood how I should seek customer service for advice. Read Full Review »

An absolute joke! I ordered a laptop off the site with what appeared to be no problems. An email receipt was recieved confirming that the order was going ahead. 5 days later and with no site of the laptop I checked what had happened. Hi,

The website was easy to use and order was easy to do. However, according to the tracking system in place, the parcel has been delivered, there is an unknown sign name but we never got the parcell (but obviously I have been charged for it ie a scanner). I send an email to request an update on the situation and I never got an answer back.
