Have had 2 large orders from PCW

Have had 2 large orders from PCW business. In both cases the delivery was late, shambolic and required extra phone calls.
First order went to the wrong address. Second order still sitting in warehouse two days after I had been given a parcel tracking number for DSL. Floor staff have little knowledge of products. Will never deal with them again - they have no concept of 'business' and I advise customers to walk away.
