Ordered software and paid for "Next Day Delivery".

No sign after a week, no communication. Rang - "supplies came in yesterday - will send today".

No sign for two days, no communication. Rang again - "supplies came in yesterday - will send today".

Expressed profound disappointment. They "managed to find a copy at a shop" and sent it. Refunded postage, but it took nearly two weeks, with no contact from PCWB.
