PC World Business

I had confirmation of order being

I had confirmation of order being dispatched 24th Oct. No package arrived. I waited eleven days with no contact from PC world. Eventually I telephoned customer service to get progress of my Video/Photo programmes, only to be told my debit card had been declined and no package was on its way. My PC World account showed no problems and no information regarding my card, which I use all the time with no problem. 4th Nov I ordered same products from Amazon at a cheaper price with the same debit card. I had confirmation of order by return and have just been advised this will be with me on Friday. What a difference good customer service makes. Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything from PC World again. An e-mail from PC World was all that was needed to rectify this problem. I do not take kindly to their non existant customer service.
