PC World Business

Absolute rubbish. Their service specs

Absolute rubbish.
Their service specs are an abomination.
I placed my computer in the Boston store to remove a virus that my own programs could not remove, in addition to ensure that my data was safe. The incompetant staff wiped ALL data from my drive and re-installed the OS without my OK. They even left the virus on the drive. What a bunch of wallies. When you try to complain, the manager is suddenly unavailable and when you phone to complain they state ' I don't believe that for one minute' with out even checking. The phone staff also state that the COE, nor his staff, is not available to talk to customers about their doubts concerning staff actions.
What a way to run a railroad.
Anyone considering using this particular store should think long and hard.
