PC World Business

An absolute joke! I ordered a laptop off

An absolute joke! I ordered a laptop off the site with what appeared to be no problems. An email receipt was recieved confirming that the order was going ahead. 5 days later and with no site of the laptop I checked what had happened. My order had apparently been cancelled with no explanation as to why! No one had bothered to contact me to explain why. When I went to reorder the product I found it was out of stock and ended up going to another website and soending £23 more.
Customer services were dreadful - STEER CLEAR OF THIS SITE!!!!
