Hi, The website was easy to use and

Hi,

The website was easy to use and order was easy to do. However, according to the tracking system in place, the parcel has been delivered, there is an unknown sign name but we never got the parcell (but obviously I have been charged for it ie a scanner). I send an email to request an update on the situation and I never got an answer back.

I will write a potentially better review or a better feedback depending on follow up from the vendor.
