Appalling! Washing machine arrived, was broken and incapable of use. Next possible delivery 5 days later. Great, how do we wash the babies clothes! Never ever again. I ordered an Indesit

Never ever again. I ordered an Indesit washing machine from these clowns and then took three different days off work to wait for it. I have now cancelled it and will never shop at Tesco again. I asked for some compensation and they just said no - wouldn't even discuss it so i will never use them again and would definitely recommend that noone else does. Do not under any circumstance order from this firm. I ordered a washer/dryer from them and was given a delivery date, which was never met. After a telephone call to complain I was given another date for delivery in the next week. The washer never arrived. I phoned to complain again and was given yet another delivery date. Have placed a few orders now and had no problems CDs and DVDs normally turn up the next day if you order early enough in the day. prices are usually the lowest - but I'll still check of course ;) - especially with the chart stuff they ship from Jersey because the shipping is included and I've found it only takes about a day longer to reach me.
