Promises, promises, promises, and more promises - but that's all. Try getting your goods. They just make more promises - it's on it's way. It's not, of that you can be 100% sure. Would I buy from Tesco Electrical again? No. Would I go to Tesco for other things? Most certainly, a great store.

Cannot believe the negative reports about this company.
I have used them many times for numerous types of purchases and have always found them to be reliable, keeping to delivery times, selling good quality items and taking care of their customers courteously both by phone and email.

I have ordered several things from Tesco purely because they are cheap. However, the service is dreadful - items can mysteriously go out of stock a day after ordering, emails are often ignored, items are sent which are clearly returned goods from other customers (eg opened DVD with no inlay card and finger-prints on the disc), incorrect items sent. There was no order tracking facility and no further communication from them - so it was just lucky I was at home when it arrived! An absolute nightmare. Tesco sold the dishwasher - Servis deliver it. Tesco give you one date but Servis postpone delivery if they can't contact you (they phoned my work number only once at 17:30!). The dishwasher arrived - started leaking within 2 weeks - not easy to spot because it is built-in.
