I ordered two DVDs on here as a buy one get one free offer.

When I ordered them both items were in stock and delivery would take about 2 days. I ended up waiting about 4 weeks! I checked my order status and it said one was awaiting stock. I phoned "customer services" to complain and funnily enough after I ranted and raved they changed the status to item picked ready for despatch.

We ordered a Dyson from Tesco as the price seemed very good. I wish I'd paid more attention to the reviews on here before doing so. It never turned up, they haven't refunded the money and we've had to report them to the fraud department of our credit card company. I wouldn't touch them with a bardge poll in future. I have had very poor service from tesco.com and will not be shopping with them again. Similar to a few of the reviewers here, I was charged twice for my grocery order and had to wait a week for them to refund my account (after I had cancelled my order completely). I ordered a CD as a christmas present. On receiving an e-mail from Tesco telling me it would be sent on 3rd January, I immediately cancelled the order within 20 minutes of making it. I then ordered the CD elsewhere. 3 weeks later, Tesco sent me the CD with the pitiful excuse that the order cancalled immediately 3 weeks before, had been cancelled too late for them to stop the delivery. no problems ordering or with delivery which arrived on the stated day at 8.15 am, although machine was damaged when first received not tesco or the drivers fault. Replacement promised by phone and followed in a couple of days arrived nice and early again 6.45am, very pleasant and helpful driver. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE AND THE MOST INCONVENIENT INTERNET SHOPPING I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Tesco managed to DUPLICATE my order, CHARGE MY ACCOUNT TWICE and send me two dysons. Tesco then tried to charge my account for a third time but did not get authorisation from my bank.

I have had the most appalling service from Tesco in relation to an order for an AEG refrigerator placed on 25th October 2005.
This was meant to be my wife's 60th birthday present.
