I ordered my groceries from Tesco online over a period of twelve weeks
within this time Tescos cancelled my delivery no less that four times leaving me without any groceries
Rearranging delivery was my only option and and there was never any effort on their part to fit me in quickly with another delivery.
The costomer services are unsympathetic and unhelpful.

I shop at Tesco POTTERS BAR. Before I do my shopping I have my lunch there. The food is good, and the value excellent. However, for the last three weeks the cutlery has been PLASTIC. The customer service I received was faultless, forty minutes after placing the order someone phoned (sunday evening) confirming the order. Two delivery dates were offered for the following week. Very bad experience with Tesco electrical online delivery which involved waiting 4 or 5 months after I ordered a CD player before I managed to get my money back. Service was really poor.

The order I placed was for a computer game. The order was processed twice by Tescos. On completion of order(s), delivery time stated was over a month so tried to cancel both orders immediately and placed an order with Amazon instead.

24 hours later received an email stating orders could not be cancelled and the items would be dispatched anyway.

I ordered a Bissell Carpet Cleaner from Tesco on 19 Feb 2006. I recieved the goods 28th Feb 06. The box had been previously opened (I assumed this was a returned item) and the cleaner itself had a broken left hand wheel.
