I have been using Tesco direct now for about 5 years. Initial we did have some fun problems, the best being a jar of olives, replaced by "easy iron". For the past few years they have been faultless, to the point of me ordering bottled water, and the picker ringing from the store to suggest if I ordered a different size it would save me £3. A first class service
