Tesco Wine

I ordered a Dell inspiron laptop from

I ordered a Dell inspiron laptop from the tesco-direct website, no problems,
Next day they phoned my home and my partner answered the phone, girl called ellie said she wanted to speak to me about the order, alas i wasnt in and the girl said that she had to speak to me and could not call back later and would have to cancel the order,
I later got an E-mail saying the order was cancelled and my Credit Card had problems, Very worried, Contacted my bank who were baffled by this and said my card was fine, just bought a fridge today with it no problems,
My partner said the girl on the phone was very unsure of what to do so just cancelled the order?,
I have had problems with tesco before but they usually take the money and then the grief begins,
i Guess i will have to buy somewhere else as tesco dont want my business which is fine as my confidence in them has been slowly ebbing away and has now gone.
