Do not under any circumstance order from this firm. I ordered a washer/dryer from them and was given a delivery date, which was never met. After a telephone call to complain I was given another date for delivery in the next week. The washer never arrived. I phoned to complain again and was given yet another delivery date. Tesco weren't interested or prepared to do anything about it. The customer service is a shambles. I am still awaiting delivery now. Once again stay well away from this firm. There are much better and more reliable firms out there to buy from.
