Although this was the cheapest price we could find for this washing machine, the delivery date in the catalogue stated 3 working days. Washing machine was not delivered in time so I complained by email. Had a very prompt response from Tesco advising of delivery date. As far as I can remember, the delivery time was given as between 11am & 11pm. At 7am I was woken up by the delivery men banging on the door. On the the delivery note it was clearly stated to call our mobile number 1 hour before delivery, needless to say there was no call.

Apart from all this the washing machine has been a good buy. Easy to use, energy efficient & lots of useful features like delay wash etc.

After all the problems I had with Tesco, I have to say that I will still continue to shop with them. To be fair it is the first time I have had a problem with them & Tesco Direct has not been running for long and is bound to encounter some probs.

All in all...........well chuffed with my purchase!
