I have ordered cds from Tesco Jersey and found that they arrived quickly and without any problems.
With regards to other Tesco stores/services; I have been a Tesco mobile customer for a few years and always found their customer care and after sales advice excellent whether it be by phone or email. I've never purchased a faulty item or not recieved an internet order.
The online grocery site is easy to use after the initial set up and first order as you can just scan down your favourites or previous orders. I've never received a damaged or out of date grocery product and the delivery staff are usually helpful and prompt.
No complaints and an excellent clubcard reward scheme
