I wish more people would communicate

I wish more people would communicate their poor experiences to Tesco at CEO level, Trading Standards and Environmental Health. I have experienced very poor service from Tesco at all levels - on line groceries (the worst), books and DVDs (never arrive, lost or delayed orders, damaged covers/contents) and electrical goods (for which they are generally not the cheapest anyway). But as I said, the grocery service is the worst. I have often received supposedly long-dated 'dry' goods several months out of date, chilled foods that are on the last date on which they can be sold (or out of date), been charged the wrong price (6 months on I am still waiting for a refund), received badly dented tins, cakes that appear to have been stood on, mouldy fruit, packs of conenience foods that have been opened, items are often missing (I never seem to receive someone elses goods as part of my order???) and, worse of all, frozen goods that are at best partially thawed on arrival. I urge anyone who does use Tesco for groceries to check their orders carefully, particularly if perishable goods have been ordered. I have switched to Asda for groceries (the only alternative where I live) and have found their service phenomenally better than Tesco could ever hope to aspire to reach and would never use Tesco again for anything, whatever price they charge.
