Totally agree, don't bother!! What a waste of time. I ordered over the phone on saturday and arranged to collect at the Denton Homeplus store. I was told it would be available from monday after 4, so I left it until tuesday. When I got there, first I was told there was a delay with the delivery then the chap got on the phone to ask when my order would be available, and it was completely out of stock and they didn't know when it would be in stock if at all! No-one had bothered to let me know not to go and pick it up! It took me an hour to get there through traffic and all I got was a sorry. It was rubbish!!!!
