Ordered some flowers for a friend who

Ordered some flowers for a friend who was ill. Arranged for delivery. Unfortunatley, friend was rushed back into hospital AM of delivery day. Flowers were left with person opposite. Tesco's failed to make me aware that they had been delivered to another address. On the 'status' it confirmed that flowers had been delivered to friend. Friend contacted me from hospital days later. I then realised that she had not received flowers. Contacted Tesco who were very unhelpful. Could not tell me which house they had been delivered to. Promised to phone next day to sort situation out. Never received phone call. Two days later, friend returned home to be presented with dead flowers (6 days later). Phoned Tesco. They conveniently did not have any records of my previous conversation. Told me that they had completed the delivery sucessfully. Flowers are only guarenteed for 5 days. Did not offer to replace or refund money paid. I will not use this service again. Bad customer service. Poor friend.
