I was shocked to read so many negative

I was shocked to read so many negative reviews, I'm glad I read them after buying from tesco. The customer service I received was faultless, forty minutes after placing the order someone phoned (sunday evening) confirming the order. Two delivery dates were offered for the following week. The item was delivered as arranged. Unfortunately I had bought a washing machine instead of a washer/dryer, this was partly due to looking at so many and not concentrating. I phoned tesco to explain the problem, and they agreed that the description was slightly misleading and said that they would change the order. I received a call from customer service to make sure all was ok when the correct machine was delivered. They will certainly be at the top of the list next time I shop online.
