Tesco Wine

Very bad experience with Tesco

Very bad experience with Tesco electrical online delivery which involved waiting 4 or 5 months after I ordered a CD player before I managed to get my money back. They delivered the CD player to the wrong house and someone signed for it but I had no knowledge of where it was - I moved house in the meantime and Tesco refused to deliver a replacement product to the new address and refused to give me my money back until I got a national newspaper involved on my behalf. I would never shop online with Tesco again
