I ordered a Bissell Carpet Cleaner from

I ordered a Bissell Carpet Cleaner from Tesco on 19 Feb 2006. I recieved the goods 28th Feb 06. The box had been previously opened (I assumed this was a returned item) and the cleaner itself had a broken left hand wheel.
I called the Tesco call centre to arrange for the cleaner to be returned. I was promised Saturday 4th March NO ONE TURNED UP. I called again Saturday Night. I was told pick up would be Monday 6th March - NO ONE TURNED UP. I was then told Monday night that the courier would be delivering the replacement cleaner on Tuesday 7th March and would take away the broken cleaner at the same time - NO ONE TURNED UP.
In the end I cancelled the order and the old broken Item was picked up the following day.
In compensation Tesco have placed 2000 club card points on my account.
