Tesco Wine

I ordered two DVDs on here as a buy one

I ordered two DVDs on here as a buy one get one free offer.

When I ordered them both items were in stock and delivery would take about 2 days. I ended up waiting about 4 weeks! I checked my order status and it said one was awaiting stock. I phoned "customer services" to complain and funnily enough after I ranted and raved they changed the status to item picked ready for despatch.

Will NOT be shopping online with Tesco again, absolute disgrace, AND they keep sending me emails about buying online lol, even though have unsubscribed!
