Tesco Wine

I have had very poor service from

I have had very poor service from tesco.com and will not be shopping with them again. Similar to a few of the reviewers here, I was charged twice for my grocery order and had to wait a week for them to refund my account (after I had cancelled my order completely). I had to speak to 7 different customer service representatives who told me 7 different things. I am seriously disturbed that a company making this amount of money every day can be so incompetent and have such low standards. Viva la revolution!
