ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE AND THE

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE AND THE MOST INCONVENIENT INTERNET SHOPPING I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Tesco managed to DUPLICATE my order, CHARGE MY ACCOUNT TWICE and send me two dysons. Tesco then tried to charge my account for a third time but did not get authorisation from my bank.

An order for £226, ended up costing me £452, with a further request for payment of £226. All this just two days before Christmas!!!

Had to call 6 times before they agreed to refund the other dyson. Call centre staff were extremely rude and insisted that Tesco "do not make mistakes and that it must have been MY SYSTEM who ordered the second dyson".

Anyway, please please please do not order anything from Tesco. I think this is the worst internet shopping experience I have ever encountered in my life!!!!
