Tesco Wine

I have ordered several things from Tesco

I have ordered several things from Tesco purely because they are cheap. However, the service is dreadful - items can mysteriously go out of stock a day after ordering, emails are often ignored, items are sent which are clearly returned goods from other customers (eg opened DVD with no inlay card and finger-prints on the disc), incorrect items sent. Truly one of the worst online shops in existence.
