Tesco Wine

As a regular Tesco shopper we had

As a regular Tesco shopper we had expected a good quality service, only to be bitterly disappointed. The delivery terms were quoted as 3-5 working days and we were contacted on the 4th day and told that the TV would be delivered the following Thursday (ie, 9 working days after the initial order. After some discussion they said they could slot us in on Monday (6 working days). However, the next morning (Friday, 5 days after ordering) we received a message saying that there were no more in stock, the order was cancelled and we should revert to Tesco. On calling Tesco we were offered no alternative or apology and simply told that we would receive a refund on our credit card! If we wished to purchase a different TV we should check their website for availability!
