Tesco Wine

I have never been so dissapointed in all

I have never been so dissapointed in all my life. Tesco had a problem with their website, with the delivery dates. They then conned me into placing the order and stated that they would sort it out in the morning. In the morning the goods were out of stock and now I cannot even get my money back as they have put a hold on the amount. Each time I have contacted Tesco I have been told a diferent story. Please, please, please do NOT trust this store.
