Tesco Wine

Ordered flowers chocolates and sparkling

Ordered flowers chocolates and sparkling wine from Tesco for mothers day, as I would be out of the country. Received an order confirmation number and confirmation e-mail. She did not receive the items on requested day and still was waiting a week later and is still waiting today. On contacting Tesco, at first denied any knowledge of the order and when sent a copy of their confirmation e-mail they stated it was a computer error and had lost the order. The staff were totally unhelpful.They made no offer to complete the order and offered no appology. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN
