Ordered a special birthday gift from this wonderful looking website. I opted for a top of the range bouquet to be delivered the same day. However they didnt deliver the flowers until after the offices had closed and everyone had gone home. Instead of redelivering they left the flowers with the only person in the building they could find. The recipient was going on holiday the next day so never did receive their flowers, I was gutted to say the least! Their answer when I complained was that I had not specifically mentioned within office hours delivery. I'll not be using them again!
