Awful service. Non delivery of flowers

Awful service. Non delivery of flowers (for a funeral).
Refunded money- but they refused outright when asked if it was possible to provide some form of compensation- I suggested they could send a bunch of flowers- (easy as it is their business after all!) to the bereaved family or make a contribution to charity as a form of apology. Very quick to respond with a 'no'!
Email correspondence from their Client Service team was appalling and really defensive.
Worst online buying experience I've ever had!
