I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day. The flowers were never delivered - but the money was taken from my bank account. I did finally receive an apology and hope to get my money back. They strike me as being hopless and badly organised rather than malicious. Their customer services helpline is a joke - always engaged. Dire
