Used them for wine - corporate gift,

Used them for wine - corporate gift, absolutely terrible. The order did not turn up when promised (next day), it was 3 days late, lodged a complaint by e-mail, heard nothing for 3 days so called them. Got treat like dirt and told they will get back - I still wait, I have asked for my cash back, lets see what happens!!!!!!!!
