The order did not turn up when promised (next day), it was 3 days late, lodged a complaint by e-mail, heard nothing for 3 days so called them. However they didnt deliver the flowers until after the offices had closed and everyone had gone home.     Good looking website. Rubbish delivery. Order flowers for my anniversary, flowers did not arrive. All they quote at you is a number of disclaimers they use. I was told I should have ordered them a day earlier than I wanted! Great idea, flowers before the special day! My advice is to stay clear of them and use a local shop instead. Read Full Review »

    Awful service. Non delivery of flowers (for a funeral).
    Refunded money- but they refused outright when asked if it was possible to provide some form of compensation- I suggested they could send a bunch of flowers- (easy as it is their business after all!) to the bereaved family or make a contribution to charity as a form of apology. Very quick to respond with a 'no'!
