Ordered a TV, at the time of ordering the TV was on the site as instock and avaliable for next day delivery, despite this they didn t have avaliable stock and where unable to fullfill the order next day, after a few days I cancelled the order. I would certainly never buy anything from this retailer again. In April I ordered a Sony 40W4500 LCD TV. When the television arrived it appeared to have been used. This was subsequently confirmed by 1staudiovisual who told me that it was an ex display model and that the warehouse had sent it out by mistake. They offered a discount on the set or a full refund. Overall, a good on-line retailer. They need better stock management system - it seemed they had to telephone their warehouse to find out if an item was in stock or not.
