I was waiting almost two weeks while been promised prompt delivery. Order status was updated from processed to delivery back to waiting for stock. No reply received for enquiry made, just asked to check the order status again. Order was marked for delivery again, however next day the order status was changed to waiting for stock and processing.
Item was ordered for daughter birthday.

Got the tv in the end. Paid for next day delivery but never got it the next day ,although they did refund the money. Hard to get hold of customer support. They left the £500 TV with a neighbour as they came 30 min earlier than they said they would and I was out. I d pay more next time and go with a reputable online retailer Read Full Review »
