ordered paul smith roses for my daughter

ordered paul smith roses for my daughter on the 6th dec in plenty of time for christmas. Have only just had an e mail saying it's been dispatched. 4 days after ordering?????? and told it may not be here until 27th as this is a busy time of year. Have e mailed saying why on earth would i be ordering if not for christmas? I will be less than happy if it doesn't arrive in time as it's not down to last minute shopping is it!
