Online Memory

Ordered a single memory card from them,

Ordered a single memory card from them, but between me pressing the "submit" button and the email getting to me confirming the order, this had risen to 2 items. Then it took them 5 days to dispatch it (even though it was in stock). I am still waiting for the delivery (14 days after ordering). I have just phoned them to arrange a refund and they have told me that I have to wait another 12 days because they can't claim from royal mail until then. The guy I spoke to told me some interesting things - "It might not have been in stock when you ordered it... we have had lots of problems with out stock system saying things are in stock when they aren't." and the most telling one "If we refunded everyone that didn't have their items within two weeks of ordering, then we wouldn't have much of a business, would we"

In short - do NOT use!
