I placed an order at the end of November

I placed an order at the end of November and have still not recieved it. They took the money straight away and several emails have been ignored, also the phone numbers on the website do not work so dont expect a response from there either. I have now sent an email asking to cancel my order and refund my money but surprise surprise this has not been done and the order is still processing according to my account. This company does not deserve to be called a company and I strongly urge everybody to avoid online memory at all costs!
