Online Memory

Even though the delivery said 4-5days

Even though the delivery said 4-5days money was taken two days after order, 7days later received email that order was dispatched. Emailed Online Memory 8days later, no reply. Then an additional 10days after that received card through door saying not enough postage so had to pay 53p plus £1 fee to royal mail and reorganise delivery.

From order to receiving items 20days. It's now been a week since I emailed and no reply from Online Memory. Appalling service
