i was order with them,no info to comfirm

i was order with them,no info to comfirm my order,i sent email to ask them then got be confirmed.they dont like other seller when you place order they take money from your card then tell you what after.so i send them email again try to cancel my order because i dont know how long i need wait.no reply at all.after a week got mail from them confirm take money and stock on the way.after my order 10days i got my order.that was my worst online shopping experience.
