SD memory card ordered in Dec 08 over two weeks later still not received. They don't reply to emails requesting delivery of item or refund of money. My advice steer well clear of them I certainly would never use again. Read Full Review »

placed an order on 16/11/08 and after numerous unanswered emails demanding my money back and the order to be cancelled on 23/12/08 a card was received from royal saying the package had insufficient postage which had to be paid plus a £1.00 handling charge. Ordered a 2Gb SD Memory Card on 26/11/08
despite numerous emails about non delivery
no replies received. As of today 06/01/09 order still not received nor money refunded as requested by email.Track your order facility is useless as says 'In Stock' but not despatched. Avoid this Company as customer Service is non existent. Read Full Review »

I placed an order at the end of November

I placed an order at the end of November and have still not recieved it. They took the money straight away and several emails have been ignored, also the phone numbers on the website do not work so dont expect a response from there either. Even though the delivery said 4-5days

Even though the delivery said 4-5days money was taken two days after order, 7days later received email that order was dispatched. Emailed Online Memory 8days later, no reply. Then an additional 10days after that received card through door saying not enough postage so had to pay 53p plus £1 fee to royal mail and reorganise delivery.

Ordered memory with Jonathan Flatman's other store, 'SanDiskShop', to no avail.
Unfortunately, you will get no response from sales@anpruk.com or j.flatman@anpruk.com, and the listed phone numbers on the numerous sites will not work.
