With a household of 5,when you're washing machine breaks, the sooner you can get a new one the better. Having decided which machine we wanted, 123 came up trumps where others failed, promising delivery in two days. A call through to very helpful sales set the ball rolling. Ordered a panasonic dvd recorder on line in the afternoon of the 9th January, it was delivered midday on the 10th. I E-mailed the help line after set-up difficulties. Received a promt phone call, and was talked through the whole procedure by Jerry.

I wanted a dishwasher asap. I chose 123 electricals not because they were the cheapest, but because they were advertising the model I wanted as 'in stock'. Phoned up on Wednesday and it was in my kitchen at 7.50 a.m. on Friday! Excellent service. The staff on the other end of the phone were polite and helpful. I would definately use them again. On the telephone the staff were friendly and knowledgeable - they actually know about the products they sell - and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
