I do not normally write reviews but I feel this company deserves credit. I placed an order for cartridges and paid by credit card. I thought everything was ok but somehow my order did not reach them. I was contacted by email and they also left a message on my mobile phone to contact them as they had received payment but no note of the order. I was very impressed by the effort to contact me. I didn't get back to them until the following day, so they sent my order out by 'Special Delivery' and it was with me the next day before 12:00pm and at no extra cost. Service like that is hard to find these days. I will certainly use this company again.
