ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!!!! Goods didn't arrive within specified time, they ignore emails and their "Customer Helpline" is either permanently engaged or switched off.

I ordered 3 ink cartridges from this shop as kelkoo directed me to them, one of the cheapest. I ordered with ease and then awaited my delivery. I ordered a digital photo frame at £95. The money was debited same day on December 9th. The item is still not here on December 28th and despite emailing several times I have received no reply. I have also telephoned the contact number from the website more than eight times met with an engaged tone and am convinced that this is disconnected. I am really surprised at the bad reviews this store is getting. I have used them for years, they always come up with the goods at competive prices. Not quite as quick as some online stores but always within 7 days.
They replaced my last order with a similar product at the same price, no problems at all.

I ordered from this company on 30th November.
As it was part of a christmas present last week i e-mailed to ask them when it would be despatched- NO reply.
I e-mailed a 2nd time- NO reply
I emailed a 3rd time-NO reply.
Spent most of yesterday trying to phone them only to get a continuous engaged tone.
Today I have faxed them- NO reply.

It's now been a month since I ordered some "in stock" batteries. Two weeks ago I tried to call them, but their phone does not let leave you a message. I received an email saying that the batteries would be in that week, but I still haven't heard a thing from them since.
