I ordered goods at the beginning of

I ordered goods at the beginning of January and have still not received these items (22nd January 07). Have been told 3 different delivery dates, the last being 12th January and have still not received item. No one seems to answer the phone and have had no communication from the 16th. Would not use again, would not recommend at all. I am considering a third party intervention if no order or communication is received within seven days.
